1Advisory Scopes & Retainer Inception
Submitting an inquiry through the technical consultation portal (shibajidebnath.com/contact) initiates exploratory preliminary analysis. Transmitting an inquiry does not constitute an automatic fiduciary, employee, or formal retainer relationship. Formal engagements (Fractional CTO retainers, system vulnerability audits, or microservice refactors) require an explicitly counter-signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
2Intellectual Property & Code Reproduction
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a dedicated repository or article footer, intellectual property is classified under the following tiers:
- Architectural Articles & Diagrams: System topology diagrams, video walkthroughs, and written retrospectives authored by Shibaji Debnath are protected by copyright. Reproduction without explicit canonical attribution is prohibited.
- Embedded Code Blocks & Gists: Algorithmic implementations, Dockerfiles, and code snippets embedded in published articles are licensed under the MIT License for commercial and private reproduction.
- Client Deliverables: All proprietary domain code, internal microservices, and private repositories developed under paid retainers remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective hiring enterprise.

All tutorials, Docker compose configurations, system architecture blueprints, and articles published on this platform are provided on an "AS-IS" basis without warranties of merchantability or operational fitness for a particular workload.
Implementing infrastructure scripts (such as high-load Redis caching, n8n workflows, or VPS reverse proxies) in live production clusters must undergo strict staging load-testing by your internal DevOps personnel. Under no circumstances shall Shibaji Debnath be held liable for server outages, revenue loss, or data corruption resulting from independent reproduction of public materials.
5Courses, Mentorship Cohorts & Seats
Enrollments for engineering cohorts and live architecture workshops are managed on a seat-allocation basis. Detailed access credentials, repository access, and live review coordinates are dispatched upon confirmation. Cancellation requests submitted at least 72 hours prior to cohort inception are eligible for full refunds or seat deferrals to subsequent batches.
